TallyWhatsApp is built on a local-first architecture. Unlike cloud-based integrations, our application runs locally on your PC. Here is how your data is handled:

• No Cloud Relay: Your customer lists, voucher details, invoices, phone numbers, and message content do not transit through or get stored on our servers.
• Direct WhatsApp Protocol: The local bridge connects directly from your machine to the WhatsApp network using the official multi-device protocol (similar to WhatsApp Web).
• Encrypted Local Storage: Any configuration settings or credentials needed to run the local application are stored securely on your machine (e.g., in your local registry or secure config files) and are never uploaded.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information required to manage subscriptions and improve our services:

• Account and License Activation: When you purchase a subscription or request a trial, we collect your email address and license key to manage activation. Each license is tied to a single device activation key generated locally.
• Analytics and Usage Logs: We may collect anonymous, aggregated diagnostic data (such as application crash logs or version usage) to help us troubleshoot and improve the software. This never includes personal information, customer contacts, or invoice data.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not share any personal or business data with third parties. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, and we do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers.
